With Mobile Check-in, you receive your boarding pass directly to your phone.
Show the barcode you receive via text message and email at the gate if you are traveling on single flights to/from: Athens, Bari, Bologna, Brindisi, Bucharest, Cagliari, Catania, Florence, Genoa, Lamezia Terme, London Heathrow, Madrid, Milan Linate, Milan Malpensa, Milan Orio al Serio, Naples, Palermo, Pescara, Pisa, Reggio Calabria, Rome Fiumicino, Turin, Trieste, Venice and Verona.
If you are departing from any of the following cities, you will instead receive your boarding pass via email only, to print and show when boarding: Alghero, Ancona, Barcelona, Pantelleria, Thessaloniki, Tel Aviv and Valencia.
The service is not available for children up to 11 years of age or if the passenger requires special assistance.
If you have baggage to check, you can take it to the check-in desks at the airport.

- Click on Check-in
- Identify yourself by your full name and then type in your MilleMiglia membership code, the number of your ticket or your reservation code (PNR)
- Choose your flight
- Confirm or change your assigned seat
- After you have confirmed, you will get a text message containing a link to your electronic boarding pass, with a barcode and all the information you would find on a traditional boarding pass. Enter your email address and all documents — including your boarding pass in PDF format — will be emailed to you.
Save the electronic boarding pass on your mobile phone to avoid having to re-connect when you show the card at the airport security gates.
When boarding, place the phone with the code clearly visible on the display over of the optical reader at the gate and show your identification to staff.
