The Loyalty Reward promotion, which ended on 30 June 2008, gave MilleMiglia Club members who have flown twice with Alitalia during the first 6 months of 2008, a bonus equal to the miles earned by 31 December 2007 and unredeemed by 30 June 2008.
The Loyalty Reward bonus will be credited to you in a single instalment starting in July 2008. Click here for more details.
If the Loyalty Reward bonus is not credited to you, just check that the two flights required to participate to the promotion have been recorded on your online account and, if necessary, apply for a retroactive credit: you have 4 months from the date of your flight, in accordance with the MilleMiglia Program Terms and Conditions, but no later than 31 October.
A monthly procedure will automatically credit bonuses until December 2008.
