Agent Ticketing Instructions

alicorporate_265x85 Travel agents responsible for ticketing Alicorporate members must follow the instructions below.

1) Member ID Numbers: Member ID numbers must be entered in the tour-code box. The member ID is an eight digit code starting with AZ4, e.g. AZ400051.

2) Eligible booking classes: Members may earn points only on published fares in the booking classes listed on the Point Accrual Chart: S,N,T,V,K,H,M,B,Y (YEE), I,D,J(JR).
3) Discounted Business Class: Alicorporate members are entitled to a 20% discount on full Alitalia business class fares published in J class. The discount is to be taken off the applicable J class fare and the itinerary must be booked in D class. The discounted fare MUST be shown on the ticket and the member ID must be entered in the tour-code box, e.g. AZ400051. Any ticket issued without the member ID and in the wrong class of service (e.g. J instead of D), will result in a debit memo.

4) US Origination: Alicorporate customers may only earn points on US originating itineraries.

5) Mandatory Alitalia Trans-Atlantic: only itineraries where Alitalia is the outbound trans-Atlantic carrier are eligible for points under the Alicorporate program.

6) Agencies not party to an Alitalia contract may earn a 5% commission on tickets issued for Alicorporate members in J/JR class fares.
