How to resolve baggage transport problems

Baggage assistance gives you information and support to help you manage and resolve some of the most frequent baggage problems, such as: delays, loss, mishandling and damage.   

You will find information about the procedures, offices and addresses for assistance, depending on the type of problem and your specific needs.

If you did not receive your checked luggage at your arrival, for any further information after the issue of the Property Irregularity Report at the airport, you can contact the Athens Lost and Found office at the tel. numbers 2103530530, 2103530585. 

Should your checked luggage has not been traced within 5 days after the issue of the Property Irreglarity Report, please contact the Customer Relations office at the fax number 2109988868 or in the e-mail ccu@alitalia.it .
