Web Check-in

Web Check-in on Alitalia website Web Check-in makes your travel easier

Once you have purchased your ticket you can:
  1. Check-in online for up to 7 passengers1
  2. choose your seat onboard
  3. check-in on connecting flights by Partner airlines (where there is an Interline agreement)
  4. check-in also on the same day return flight if travelling with carry-on
  5. printing, wherever possible, via e-mail the boarding pass
  6. Cancel your check-in


Availability of the service


Web check-in can be done from the day before flight departure. On the day of departure, please make sure you arrive at the airport within the set check-in time limits.

How to collect the boarding pass


  • Italy, Schenghen area and to/from London flights: you can print the boarding pass directly from your computer up to 2 hours before the flight;
  • extra-Schenghen flights: you can collect the boarding pass at the Fast Check-in machines, at check-in desks or dedicated lounges.
  1. Service not available for infants (0-23 months) and children (2-11 years); should you need special assistance, please get in touch with the call-centre.
  2. Available only on AZ flights.
