Where you can find it
Fast check-in machines are available at the following Italian airports: Rome Fiumicino, Milan Linate and Malpensa, Bari, Brindisi, Bologna, Catania, Crotone, Florence, Genoa, Lamezia Terme, Naples, Palermo, Reggio Calabria, Turin, Trieste and Venice; in Europe at London Heathrow and London City Airport, Amsterdam, Paris Charles De Gaulle and Orly, Nice, Munich, Frankfurt, Geneva, Vienna (on Air France /KLM Aircraft).
How to use it
To use the fast check-in machines, 3 fast steps with touch screen actions to be identified:
- insert and extract a Frequent Flyer card (MilleMiglia or SkyTeam)
- electronic passport
- MilleMiglia member number
- electronic ticket number
- reservation code
You may then confirm the flight, pick up the boarding pass and the receipt.
On top...
It allows you also to:
- check-in at the same time for more than one passenger (up to a maximum of 4 on the same reservation)
- insert the SkyTeam partner Frequent Flyer member number
- change your reservation, if the fare you chose allows it
- choose your seat on board
- verify and eventually insert your MilleMiglia member number
- print the boarding pass of the Web Check-in (service available only in some countries)
- print the Telecheck-in boarding pass (if you are an Ulisse, Freccia Alata or Freccia Alata Plus member)
